Take me out to the ballgame(s).
Josiah played his final baseball game last weekend. He crushed his last at bat. Luckily I got an awesome photo in the moment. Check it out. To celebrate the end of his season (except completely coincidentally), we went to a Braves game. Josiah wasn't willing to take too many photos because it interrupted his ability to watch the game. He cheered for Chipper Jones like he was his long lost friend. He also asked us if "John Smolty" was going to be playing. No, John Smoltz didn't make it to the game for an encore game. Not quite sure where he learned that name, considering he last played for Atlanta when Josiah was 6 months old. Josiah managed to convince Jonathan he needed the "finger" to appropriately do the tomahawk chop. Evangeline enjoyed it equally. We had a great time, especially when the Braves came back in the bottom of the 8th inning. Right as the crowd got loud, Evangeline decided it was time to rest. She was unphased by the uproar and slept comfortably all the way to the parking lot. We definitely will have to return soon for our budding baseball guru.
