The end of July brought great excitement to our home in the form of a visit from my very dearest cousin and his beautiful new wife. They are open to new possibilities when he graduates law school in the spring, so we tried our very best to convince them that Atlanta was the place to start new things. I don't know how successful we were, but we tried to hit some of the Atlanta highlights for them in a few day span.
Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of all of the fun things we did. In summary, we took them to eat at our very favorite restaurants, to the drive-in, to play putt putt, watched the Olympics together, and went for a day of tourism in the city. The things I did manage to take photos of...
A trip to Stone Mountain. We may have decided to climb Stone Mountain in flip flops. All of us. It was pretty awesome, and not a single one of us regretted it. Josiah thought it was amazing, and we were really impressed he was able to make the trek to the top by himself. Eli was gracious enough to offer to carry Evangeline for me, and I definitely didn't decline. She did great most of the way:) After we returned down the mountain we ate a picnic and watched the laser show.
The following day we went to the Coke Museum and to an iconic lunch at the Varsity.

We even made it to London for the games...kind of.
It was such a pleasure to have them visit and we hope they come back really soon:)
