Josiah has taken his first steps. Last night he took one step before collapsing into my arms. This afternoon he enjoyed practicing over and over, and he was able to take two to three steps at a time by the end of the night. His favorite part is collapsing into my bear hug and praises. He thinks he is fabulous, and of course I do not contest that notion. He will certainly be walking soon!
Josiah is proving himself as a mama's boy as of late. When he gets tired no one else will do. It is incredibly odd to be "that" person in a baby's life. Luckily he is still doing a great job about going to see other people.
We got his Halloween costume and he is going to be a lion...that is if I don't melt from his cuteness before we get out the door. We put it on him for a trial run and asked him to "rarr," and much to our surprise he complied! I am going to be working on that party trick for the next few weeks so we can have him well trained by the 31st.

That's awesome Callie. If only they didn't have to grow up so fast. Josiah's going to make a cute lion. Drew's sitting up and he's getting his first tooth. When Drew gets distracted while he's sitting up he'll fall down. My baby cousin is growing up.
